1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
2. Shipping Times
We ship internationally from Brașov, Romania. Estimated delivery times are:
- Romania: 2-4 business days
- European Union: 6-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 6-7 business days (may vary by destination)
Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at pcksells@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
